This Suicide First Aid Lite (SFAL) course is a virtual learning experience designed to give you the confidence and skills to support someone who may be thinking about suicide. Taught by experienced suicide prevention trainers, this course is for anyone—professionally or personally—who wants to better understand suicide and learn how to help.
Delivered in two 90-minute parts, this emotionally engaging session combines expert facilitation, group work, mini lectures, and audio-visual content. No prior experience or training is needed. 🙌
