For myself learning about inhalation measures and RPE measures were most helpful as I did not have a lot of knowledge about it beforehand.
The instructor did a great job. He made it interactive and enjoyable, so it was easy to stay focused.
For any first aiders working in a laboratory I think chemical first aid should be essential because this course was very informative.

Practical tips on how to approach difficult conversations with your people who you think may be struggling with the mental health – the things to consider when responding and how to encourage them to be open.
