For myself learning about inhalation measures and RPE measures were most helpful as I did not have a lot of knowledge about it beforehand.
The instructor did a great job. He made it interactive and enjoyable, so it was easy to stay focused.
For any first aiders working in a laboratory I think chemical first aid should be essential because this course was very informative.
